some new idea's of me

i have some more idea's for the server

1: mining spot in to falador mine

2: party hat set not 60K loyalty points (400 hours)  

3: the minigame clan wars with red and white portal and the active clans

1. I think the mining spot of mining teleport is enough.
2. Save some vote points (400hours is much, I know)
3. CW Minigame sounds nice

for a phat set you need 250 voting points that's 42 days voting, 2 times a day and for the 3 vote points

I agree with these statement, except for the party hats.
Sure, maybe 400 hours is a lot.. But you have to think.

We're in an economy based server. We don't want phat sets flying around the server like it's bronze armour. Also, it's not like you get 1 phat for the 60k points. You get them all.

Also, if you think about it, 50 vote points per party hat really isn't that much.
That's why they're called rares They're meant to be rare.

But it's great you throwing suggestions out for the server!
These are things we need for the server to grow!
Keep an open mind and keep suggesting!

I don't think we need to concentrate on any of these though. None of these get the attention of new players.

Now 'n days the majority of servers get famous because they have zero flaws. Your going to want a pro coder to log on, and enjoy the server, and want to help code it. Because not only are 317's so easy to play with, you can do WHATEVER you want with them.

So thinking of that, changing the Mining spot to Falador, is absolutely 110% a waste of time and effort. CW, absolute waste of time because not a single person will enter that portal if you think about it. And the partyhats, Osiarus got it. They are indeed called a rare item for a specific reason. These don't get obtained as easily as the full armadyl, or spirit shield sets do. The Economy needs a fixing as it is, so why throw sets of Phats out there when theres 5 people on at a time?

Got to think more outside the box. Think about things that would catch your eye on Runelocus.
People look for Unique, Different, and Enjoyable servers.
Whether that mean tons of Staking at the duel arena, or Dicing @ Home, or Skilling for money, or PvMing for Armadyl not doing slayer for 20 minutes. Etc.

There is much much more to worry about rather then those small things.
Maybe add advanced gnome course. Etc.
Add some different minigames. Nomad? no one wants to go kill nomad for fun. Or Angry Goblins???

There is SO much you can do with a 317 server, this source out of all sources, too.
So simple to just google stuff you want on your server, you don't even need to know how to code fully.
