A New Rank?

Hey everyone i had a idea to make a new rank in the game Called Server Support
the role of this rank will be as followed.
-Enforce the rules
-Provide help AT ALL TIMES
-And take action when necessary

There commands shall be
::teletoplayer (answers the help button request)
::mute (12 hour mute)
::unmute
::jail (12 hour jail)
::unjail
::staffzone

How to obtain this rank?
-Being a helpful person
-Being kind
-Being respectful to players & staff
-So on..
-Administrators will be able to give this rank
-::givess Uncalled For
-::takess Uncalled For
